We want you to be completely satisfied with your new gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused products in their original packaging. Please note that mounted skis are considered customized and are not eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your unused gear in its original box, ensuring all tags are attached and the protective plastic wrap remains intact.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
