We ship globally from our regional warehouses. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within Europe and North America, while international shipping to other regions may take 7-14 business days depending on customs.
Do Faction skis come with a warranty?
Yes, all Faction skis are covered by a two-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. Please ensure you keep your proof of purchase to initiate a claim.
What is your return policy for skis that have been mounted?
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on skis that have already been drilled and mounted with bindings unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect. We recommend verifying your setup before mounting.
Are bindings included with the purchase of skis?
Unless specifically purchased as a 'Ski + Binding' bundle, our skis are sold flat without bindings. This allows you to choose the specific binding system that best fits your boot sole and riding style.
How should I maintain my skis during the off-season?
We recommend applying a thick layer of storage wax to the bases and edges to prevent oxidation. Store your skis in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and avoid damp basements to prevent edge rust.
